The applicant should be reminded that <br />reviews cannot be completed until all necessary Information Is <br />supplied. In particular, the City has no road construction plans <br />for the Engineer to review, has no dock plans or suggested layouts <br />for the Planning Commission to review, has no title opinion or <br />other evidence of any lot restrictions or covenants on the property <br />and has only poor copies of the plat and DNR channel permit from <br />which to work. <br />3. A developer's agreement and bond should be required prior to any <br />final approval. <br />4. Park dedication fees should be paid as should all delinquent taxes. <br />5.
