MINUTES OF A PLANNING COMMISSION MEETING HELD'NOVEMBER 21, 1977 - PAGE 7 <br />Planning Conunxssion instructed st3f£, <br />upon receipt of the site plan, to forward <br />plan to the Hennepin County Soils and Water <br />Conservation District for their study and <br />report. <br />WEST SHORE LAFAYETTE <br />BAY ASSOCIATION <br />(continued) <br />(#319) <br />The Conunission informed the Association that <br />in the event this proposal were to be <br />approved by Orono, approval would be necessary <br />from the Watershed District, DNR and other <br />agencies also. <br />After some discussion, Hammerel moved, Frahm <br />seconded, to table the proposal until all <br />maps, data and reports will be presented. <br />Information to include: <br />(1) <br />(2) <br />(3) <br />(4) <br />(5) <br />(6) <br />(7) <br />24 copies of map of parcel being <br />considered for disposal. <br />Indicate proposed location of disposal <br />of spoils on these maps. <br />Step-by-step plan for disposal (time <br />schedule, volume of liquids and volume <br />of solids). <br />Design specifications of protective berms. <br />Existing and proposed grades. <br />Responsibility of supervision. <br />Letter of no objection from fee owner <br />of proposed site. <br />Public or private damage claim <br />responsibility. <br />Proposed location of the disposal to <br />be m2u:ked.with stakes and flags. <br />Motion - Ayes (7), Nays (0). <br />Mr. and Mrs. Dorn were present. The Zoning <br />Administrator advised that this matter had <br />been tabled at the last meeting for lack of <br />representation. <br />Mr. Dorn's plan to construct a detached <br />garage on his property indicates a 64^ ft. <br />setback.
