The Zoning <br />Administrator advised that the applicant is <br />requesting a lot area variance for the last <br />remaining site in Block 3. Access to County <br />19 has been denied by the County. Applicant <br />should provide safe access to the property. <br />Mr. Muhich further stated that he had not <br />requested the applicant to provide a survey <br />due to the fact that it would be too costly <br />if the application were denied. However, if <br />the variance were approved, a survey would be <br />necessary. No other land available. He is requesting <br />several variances to add an attached garage. <br />The Zoning Administrator advised that the <br />proposed sketch appears to indicate that <br />there is adequate area on the north side of <br />the house for the proposed garage. After a <br />site inspection, howeve::, locating the garage <br />at the north end would require removal of <br />several trees.
