Thio vdll eliminate the need for two accesses, and would result * <br />in less impact to the lake and wetland. Additionally any alteration of the <br />wetland v/ould require a permit. <br />Kastner; V.’e hiave no objections to the subdivision as proposed, provided <br />only the riparian lot (lot 2) has riparian access rights.
