MINUTES OF A PLANNING COMMISSION 1-IEETING HELD ON SEPTEMBER 11, 1978 <br />•I Page 2 <br /># <br />2.Proposed new road to be a private road, gravel <br />surface 24 ft, wide according to the City <br />engineer's requirements, including upgrading of <br />the existing west driveway as used by this <br />division. Road either to be constructed through <br />entire plat or provided with a temporary cul-de- <br />sac at the end of the first phase lots.
