Therefore, the <br />Meeting was closed. <br />,T ic Information <br />Mr. Hornick, Reutiman and Mr, Tourangeau were <br />present! The following public were also in <br />attendance: George Rovegno, Jack Spence, Mary <br />Spence, Judy Holgren and Mary Ann Stinson. <br />Mr. Homick's application for a Conditional Use <br />Permit had just been withdrawn. A petition from <br />some of the neighbors was delivered to the <br />Planning Commission. <br />A.J. TOURANGEAU <br />1960 Shoreline Drive <br />SUBDIVISION <br />(Preliminary) <br />(#414) <br />I <br />Mr. Tourangeau stated that he wants to expedite <br />the subdivision so he can sell the house. He <br />has been ''paying taxes on tbc property for 100 <br />years" and it is "common knowledge that he does <br />not operate the station". He feels that the issues <br />should be separated. <br />Planning Commission noted that a rezoning application <br />(#421) had been made an a Public Hearing has been <br />scheduled for September 25, 1978 at 7:30 P.M. This <br />item was tabled by the Planning Commission until <br />after the hearing on the rezoning application. <br />Motion made by Hassel, seconded by Hannah. <br />Vote: Ayes (6), Nays (0), Motion passed imanimously. <br />Mr. Stielow was present. The Planning Commission <br />was given the corrected Page 2 of the resolution <br />for this subdivision. Staff recommends approval <br />per the attached resolution. Frahm moved to <br />approve the Final Subdivision in accordance with <br />the attached resolution. Hannah seconded motion. <br />Vote: Ayes (6), Nays (0), Motion passed unanimously. <br />JURGEN STIELOW <br />565 Leaf Street <br />FINAL SUBDIVISION <br />(#367) <br />During the discussion regarding the motion, the <br />Planning Commission expressed concern regarding the <br />wording in the covenants. They were informed that <br />it was being reviewed by the City attorney.1
