I <br />A RESOLUTION APPROVING CHANGE IN NAME OF PLAT <br />OF FLEMING TRAIL ADDITION <br />WHEREAS, the Cit) of Orono previously a^^roved the propose*! Plat of Fleming Trail <br />Addition <hy Resolution No. 4888, dated October 28,2002; and <br />WHEREAS, the name of the proposed plat has changed from Fleming Trail Addition to <br />Stoneridge Colony. <br />THAT; <br />NOW THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY OF ORONO, MINNESOTA, <br />1, For the purposes of correcting the record, the previous Resolution No. 4888, dated <br />October 28,2002, shall be revised to refer to the new name of Stoneridge Colony. <br />Adopted by the City Council of Orono this____day of December, 2002. <br />CITY OF ORONO <br />By:. <br />Barbara Peterson, Mayor <br />ATTEST; <br />Lin Vee, City Clerk <br />II3I29.I
