The City recently approved the plat, but the developer <br />has now changed the name of the plat to Stoneridge Colony. This change requires an approval by <br />Orono. At its December 5 worksession, it was the consensus of the Council to approve the name <br />change. A resolution approving the name change is attached for Council adoption. <br />COUNCIL ACTION REQUESTED: <br />Motion to adopt a resolution approving the change of the Fleming Trail Addition plat to Stoneridge <br />Colony.
