Due to conflicting schedules and workload priorities, the performance <br />evaluation was delayed, with the expectation that the pay adjustment resulting from the evaluation <br />would be made effective as of the one year anniversary date. The performance evaluation has now <br />been completed. Chief Good has been performing at an outstanding level. Based on the outstanding <br />level of performance, it is recommended Chief Good's salary be increased by 3.75%, effective <br />February IS, 2002, which is the same increase provided to ail non-union employees for 2002. <br />Council Action Requested : <br />Motion to approve a salary increase of 3.75% for Chief Stephany Good, effective February 15,2002. <br />• , ^ <br />" W <br />! i <br />t I <br />• ;i ' <br />-------—
