Neither applicants nor staff <br />can predict with any certainty whether MCWD approval will result in changes that impact <br />the plat layout, such as whether they will accept the proposed wetland impacts and <br />mitigation plan. Per the Concept Plan Approval resolution. General Development Plan <br />approval will not be granted until MCWD permits are in hand...
