MAC LEO Agreement <br />June 27,2002 <br />LEOs provided by the Agency remain employees of the Agency. It is agreed that nothing <br />contained in this Agreement is intended or shall be construed in any manner as creating or <br />establishing an employment relationship between the MAC and the Agency ’s employees. <br />For this Agreement, the Agency's LEOs are expected to follow the policies and procedures <br />of the Agency. The Agency agrees to be responsible for taking any appropriate action for <br />performance related matter against its employees. <br />MAC reserves the right to deny an Agency ’s LEO from providing services under this <br />Agreement. <br />ARTICLE IX <br />SUPERVISION <br />MAC agrees to provide limited supervision to the LEOs. MAC will designate one LEO as <br />the supervisor per shift. The supervisor ’s duties will involve coordination of the daily <br />schedule and periodic monitoring of the LEO’s activities. The supervisor will notify <br />appropriate MAC staff regarding any performance issues. MAC will pass along the <br />information to Agency for the Agency ’s follow-up. <br />ARTICLE X <br />NOTICE <br />All notices required by law or this Agreement must be in writing and delivered in person or <br />sent by mail to the following parties (or to any other address or person that one party <br />provides to the other party in writing as the ofticial notification): <br />MAC:Jo Edblom <br />Lieutenant, Airport Police Department <br />4300 Glumack Drive, Suite 370 <br />St. Paul, MN 55111 <br />Telephone: (612) 726-5115 <br />AGENCY: XXXXXXXXXXXX <br />ARTICLE XI <br />AUDIT <br />Agency shall keep at their principal ofnee, in a system acceptable to MAC, accurate books, <br />accounts, records and documents relevant to the work conducted under this Agreement, and <br />shall keep such information for a period of six calendar years. MAC and the legislative <br />auditor shall have the right at all reasonable times during the business hours of Agency to <br />inspect the books, accounts, records, documents and accounting procedures and practices <br />relative to the work c nducted under this Agreement.
