MAC LEO Agreement <br />June 27.2002 <br />ARTICLE XII <br />MINNESOTA GOVERNMENT DATA PRACTICES ACT <br />This Agreement and all data created by this Agreement are subject to the Minnesota <br />Government Data Practices Act, regardless of who possesses the information. <br />u <br />ARTICLE XIII <br />ENTIRE AGREEMENT <br />The parties agree that this document and Attachment A are the Entire Agreement between the <br />parties.
