Maintenance responsibility for the Kelley Parkway sidewalks shall <br />be the responsibility of the Developer or the homeowners or <br />commercial maintenance association(s). <br />IS) Appropriate traffic control and parking signage within the site and <br />on Kelley Parkway shall be installed by the developer subject to <br />the City Engineer ’s review and approval. <br />C. Utilities; Stormwater ManagemeDt <br />Water mains shall be looped near the north end of the site. <br />Developer shall accomplish this without impacting wetlands. All <br />internal watermains shall be 8” rather than 6"; the main in Kelley <br />Parkway shall be 12". <br />17) <br />18) <br />The proposed 8" sanitary sewers are acceptable. <br />City will own and maintain the sanitary sewer and water mains <br />within the development. City will inspect these systems during their <br />construction to ensure proper installation. Drainage and Utility <br />Easements shall be granted to the City of Orono over all sewer <br />and water utility lines and facilities, including the rights of way <br />necessary to maintain same. <br />Applicants' architect shall submit flnal development plans to the <br />Metro Council Environmental Services to determine the exact <br />number of SAC units to be charged at the time of the issuance of <br />building permits. <br />20)Developer shall provide suitable evidence of Minnehaha Creek <br />Watershed District (MCWD) approval of the stormwater <br />management plan before Development Plan Approval will be <br />granted.
