Back lots are required to have a drivew-uy access a minimum of 30’ in width. Outlot A meets the 30' <br />requirement. <br />Wetlands: <br />The surveyed area noted above reflects the recent wetland delineation. The wetland at the north end <br />of the property is City protected. The smaller wetland nearer the center of the property is not City <br />protected but is subject to WCA regulations. No wetland impacts are proposed. <br />Septic Review: <br />Matt Bolterman, On-Site Systems Manager, has reviewed the septic sites and has determined both <br />the primary and alternate drainfield sites meet all City and State standards. The site evaluations were <br />completed by S-P Testing, Inc. The existing septic located on Lot 2 is a non-conforming system and <br />needs to be replaced by 2010.
