5. <br />6. <br />7. <br />8. <br />time they shall be removed. <br />The accessory buildings on Lot 2 shown in Exhibit A as “to be removed ” shall be <br />removed prior to final plat approval. <br />Outlot A is intended merely as a corridor for driveway serving Lot I and shall contain <br />no primary or accessory structures. <br />Subdivider shall execute a private driveway maintenance agreement for Lots 1 and 2. <br />Subdivider is hereby advised that preliminary subdivision approval will expire one <br />year from the date of Council preliminary plat approval. Should the subdivider fail to <br />complete the filing of the find plat application within the year deadline, it shall be <br />necessary for the subdivider to file a new preliminary subdivision application with <br />the City. <br />9. The lots are subject to the following standards, per the requirements of the zoning <br />subdivision ordinance relating to front/back lot subdivisions: <br />Lot 2 2 acres <br />Front/Rear Setback - 50’ <br />Side Setback (East) - 30 ’ <br />Side Adj. to Outlot A - 50’ <br />Loti 3 acre minimum <br />Front/Rear Setback - 75 ’ <br />Side Setbacks - 45’ <br />Final Plat Submittab: <br />The following list of final submittals must be submitted to the Zoning Administrator two <br />w'eeks prior to the regularly scheduled Council meeting on the second and fourth Mondays of the <br />month. These submittals are as follows: <br />1.Record plat drawings in the form of two (2) mylar copies (one copy for the City’s <br />records and one for filing with Hennepin County) and one (1) copy reduced to 1" « <br />200’. Drawing to include: <br />A. Lot lines platted per preliminary survey by Coffin & Gronberg, Inc. dated <br />August 8,2002, on file with the City of Orono. <br />B.
