MN 55424 ^4 Phone:952-548-9705 (day) 952-922-4724 Location of Event: Ease-off from Maxwell Bay at 4:00 p.m. & weigh-in at Wayzata Marine at 8:30 p.m. Type of Event:Fishing tournament limited to 49 teams The following documents are required and on file at the City Administrative Offices: • Certificate of General Liability Insurance • Approval from Orono Police Department • Approval from Orono Building and Zoning Department The following conditions have been placed on thb event: • This special event permit is subject to immediate revocation by the Orono Police Department upon violation of any City Ordinances or identification of hazards to safety of the public. • This permit is subject to approval of this event by the DNR, Lake Minnetonka Conservation District and Hennepin County Sheriff s Water Patrol. • If Wayzata Marine has not addressed on-going lighting and noise problems to the satisfaction of the City by June 7 and June 10 respectively, the special event permit may be revoked. • Any lighting used for the weigh-in at Wayzata Marine must be directed away from the properties to the east. • No loud speakers/p.A. s> stems may be used for the vseigh-in events. • Participants must follow the rules and regulations posted by the DNR at the Ma.\well Bay landing, including no use of alcoholic beverages.
