To minimize the impact of amplified music <br />on neighboring properties, speakers should be directed to the south or west. The <br />Police Department shall retain the right to stop the band/music if they are creating <br />unreasonable levels of noise as determined by the Police Department. <br />• Notification of the event and parking plan to be provided to the homeowners <br />association. <br />• Notification of the event to be provided to the neighbors. <br />• Parking to be limited to one side of French Creek Drive and French Creek Circle. <br />Approved at City Council meeting on: May 28,2002 <br />(City Seal) <br />Ronald J.
