Refunding Bonds Debt Service Fund Close Out -Resolution <br />Attachment; Resolution to close the I99S G.O. Refunding Bond Debt Service Fund <br />The final payment of the 1995 refunding bond principal and interest related to the Crystal <br />Bay area sewer improvement bond was made in February, 2001. The remaining equity in <br />the fund is $21,414.26. The remaining equity in the fund is no longer required for debt <br />service and can therefore be used for genertd city purposes. It is requested that the fund be <br />closed to the General Fund as of December 31,2001. <br />COUNCIL ACTION REQUESTED: <br />Adoption of Resolution , A Resolution to Close the 1995 G.O. Refunding Bonds <br />Debt Service Fund to the General Fund as of December 31,2001 .
