X <br />A RESOLUTION TO CLOSE THE 1991 PUBLIC FACILITIES REVENUE BONDS <br />DEBT SERVICE FUND TO THE 1998 PUBLIC FACILITIES REVENUE <br />REFUNDING BONDS DEBT SERVICE FUND <br />WHEREAS, the 1991 Public Facilities Revenue Bonds Debt Service Fund was <br />established to account for the payment of the said bonds principal, interest, and fiscal <br />agent fees; and <br />WHEREAS, the remaining outstanding bond principal and interest has been paid <br />through the cross-over refunding bonds issued in 1998, and the equity remaining in the <br />Fund is required to be transferred to the 1998 refunding bond fund; <br />NOW, THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED, that the 1991 Public Facilities <br />Revenue Bonds Debt Service Fund be closed and that the remaining equity be transferred <br />to the 1998 Public Facilities Revenue Refunding Bonds Debt Service Fund, effective <br />December 31,2001. <br />Adopted by the City Council of the City of Orono, Minnesota at a regular meeting <br />held May 13,2002. <br />ATTEST: <br />Linda S.
