-^-4 <br />A RESOLUTION TO CLOSE THE <br />1995 G O. REFUNDING BONDS DEBT SERVICE FUND <br />TO THE GENERAL FUND <br />WHEREAS, the 1995 G.O. Refunding Bonds Debt Service Fund was established to <br />account for the payment of the bond principal, interest, and fiscal agent fees related to the <br />Crystal Bay area sanitary sewer debt, and <br />WHEREAS, the final payment of bond principal and interest has been made, and the <br />equity remaining in the Fund is no longer required; and <br />WHEREAS, the City can designate the use of the remaining equity for any general <br />puipose. <br />NOW, THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED, that the 1995 G.O. Refunding Bonds Debt <br />Service Fund be closed and that the remaining equity be transferred to the General Fund, <br />effective December 31,2001. <br />Adopted by the City Council of the City of Orono, Minnesota at a regulai meeting <br />held May 13,2002. <br />ATTEST: <br />Linda S.
