Project Fuoding <br />This project will be funded from Municipal State Aid (MSA) fVmds. The City cunently has an MSA <br />construction fund balance of approximately $1,000,000 available at MNDOT for use on State Aid <br />projects. We receive about $380,000 per year in MSA construction funding. We are recommending <br />Council approval of this payment to MNDOT in the amount of S7S9,147.7 1 for the Old Crystal Bay <br />Road THI2 to Fox Street Pavement Project. <br />COUNCIL ACTION REQUESTED <br />Motion to approve payment to MNDOT in the amount of $759,147.71 for the Old Crystal Bay Road <br />THI2 to Fox Street Pavement Project to be funded with Municipal State Aid Funds with a budget <br />adjustment to the year 2003 Municipal State Aid Fund Budget to reflect this expenditure. <br />Page 2 of 2 <br />haiii riflfii'ng'
