Project No. 152-102-13 with the Construction Costs shared as <br />follows: <br />a. Old Trunk Highway No. 12 at County State <br />Aid Highway No. 146 (Brown Road)/Brown <br />Road. Traffic Control Signal, lighting <br />and EVP System. Estimated Construction <br />Cost is $160,000.00. Federal share is <br />80 percent. State Share is 15 percent. <br />County share is 5 percent, <br />b. Old Trunk Highway No. 12 at Crystal Bay <br />Road revise Traffic Control Signal and EVP <br />System. Estimated Construction Cost is <br />$35,000.00. City's share is 100 percent. <br />4. The State will provide the State-furnished <br />Materials to be installed with the State work provided in <br />Paragraph 3a. Estimated cost for State-furnished Materials for <br />Paragraph 3a is $19,000.00. Federal share is 80 percent. <br />State's share is 15 percent. County's share is 5 percent. <br />5. Upon execution of this agreement, award of the <br />Construction Contract, and receipt of State's written request, <br />the County and City will make an advance payment to the State of <br />their project costs. The County and City's project costs will <br />be the lump sum of the following: <br />a.
