and the lump sum State furnished materials, (as <br />specified in Paragraph 4). <br />b. The City's share (as specified in Paragraph 3b) <br />based on the actual bid prices. <br />c. Eight percent of their share [Item (a) or Item <br />(b) above] for the construction engineering. <br />6. The City will be responsible for the cost and <br />application to secure an adequate power supply to the service <br />pads or poles for the Traffic Control System at old Trunk <br />Highway No. 12 at County State Aid Highway No. 146 (Brown <br />Road)/Brown Road. Upon completion of old Trunk Highway No. 12 <br />at County State Aid Highway No. 146 (Brown Road)/Brown Road, the <br />City will thereafter pay all monthly electrical service expenses <br />necessary to operate the Traffic Control Signal, lighting and <br />EVP Systems. <br />7. Upon conpletion of old Trunk Highway No. 12 at <br />County State Aid Highway No. 146 (Brown Road)/Brown Road, the <br />City will, at its cost and expense: (1) maintain the luminaires <br />and all its conponents, including replacement of the luminaire <br />if necessary; and (2) relamp the street lights. The City, thru <br />a separate local agreement with the City of Long Lake, shall <br />detail arrangements with the City of Long Lake to share 50% of <br />the maintenance and power costs as identified in this Paragraph <br />and Paragraph 6. above, however, the City will be the lead <br />agency for the purpose of this agreement. <br />85011R <br />-5-
