A RESOLUTION PRIORITIZING <br />REPLACEMENT OF BRIDGE STRUCTURES <br />WHEREAS, the City of Orono is a municipal corporation existing under the laws <br />of the State of Minnesota; and <br />WHEREAS, the Minnesota Legislature has provided funds for assistance in the <br />rehabilitation or reconstruction of deficient bridges; and <br />WHEREAS, the City of Orono has analyzed the deficient bridges needing <br />replacement on City streets; and <br />WHEREAS, it is apparent that there is insufTicient funding at the local level for <br />completion of these bridge replacement projects. <br />NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the Orono City Council does <br />hereby request financial assistance in the replacement of the following bridges. <br />Bridge No. L88S4 West Femdalc Road and Browns Bay Channel Estimated Cost $150,000 <br />Bridge No. L886S Fox Street and Long Lake Creek Estimated Cost $150,000 <br />Adopted by the City Council at a regular meeting held on May 12,2003. <br />ATTEST: <br />Linda S.
