E. Development Standards. This ordinance shall become effective upon execution by the City of Orono and <br />Dahlstrom Development LLC of the aforesaid PUD NO. 4 Agreement, and upon City approval and <br />filing of the final plat of Phase I of STONEBAY with Hennepin County. <br />Section 4.
