(Request: To permit overhang encroachments in a substandard side <br />setback of 2.5 ’ on the north and 1.5 ’ on the south). <br />Discussion: <br />Rear Yard Setback <br />I existing home is located 38.3 ’ from the rear lot line. With the proposed addition, the <br />^ -__ . oo s - - ___1-1 'or tVx*'*' rxrrstructure moves 10 ’ closer to the lot line or 28.3 ’ where 30' is required.
