V a V sA s-sa <br />Dear Mr. GaflBnon: <br />This letter is a follow-up to our letter filed October 22,2002, copy enclosed. <br />During a telephone conversation with Mr. Weinberger last October regarding the ongoing <br />lack of city sewer availability, he recommended that the Resolution be returned to Council <br />for amendment, and assured us that City staff was aware of our ongoing file. He said <br />there would be time for this to be handled prior to the November 13,2002 renewal date, <br />and said that it would be put on the November 12,2002 Council agenda. It has been over <br />four months since that conversation, without any response fiom the Chy. As our request <br />for amendment was filed October 22,2002, this issue should have been returned to <br />Council as old business. Please let us know when you can have an informational package <br />prepared for Council. <br />We are requesting that the Resolution be amoKled to delete any reference to city sewer, as <br />the sewer remained unavailable and we now have a new, state-of-tlK-art CODE private <br />sewer, as was recommended by City staff. <br />Additionally, we sent a letter June 20,2002, also enclosed, requesting clarification of <br />issues regarding the proposed neighboring subdivision, which has not been answered. <br />In all feimess, a response from City staff is long ovCTdue. <br />Sincerely, <br />Frederick Puak Julie Ummetz <br />EncL <br />Copy: Mike Sltarratt
