(Lot 30, Block 1, Baldur Park) <br />Dear Mr. Gaffion: <br />Thank you for your recent letto* of March 7,2003. <br />While we are unable to attend the March 24 Chy Council meeting, we would appreciate <br />an amen dment to Resolution #4720 that allows for our variances to be approved without <br />the condhion of chy sewer hookup. We understand that our new home will be limhed to <br />three bedrooms, which is consistent whh our new, city approved private sewer. <br />Following is an addhional copy of our letter dated February 17,2003 which we are <br />requesting be presented to City Council together with this letter. <br />Thank you for your assstance.
