We have now waited another <br />a utility easement across the neighboring property, as promised by its owner, Mr. <br />Bill Franklin Out of necessity, we are now proceeding with the installation of an <br />approv^, code compliant 3BR private sewer system which should be completed by the <br />end of the month. < ' <br />As the Planning Commission recommended approval of our plans upon installatiofi of a <br />code compliant septic system, we ask that the variances be renewed for another 12 <br />months without the condition of city sewer hookup. <br />As residems of Orono for the past nine years, we greatly appreciate the quality of life <br />here, and would now like to proceed with our plans to accommodate our growing family. <br />If possible, we would like to bring this old business to City Council on October 28th <br />Please advise. 952*471-9229. <br />Sincerely. <br />Frederick Puzak Julie Thometz
