(Lot 30, Block 1, Baldur Park) <br />DearMr. Gaffion: <br />This letter is a follow-up to our letter filed October 22,2002, copy enclosed. <br />During a telephone conversation with Mr. Weinberger last October regarding the ongoing <br />lack of city sewer availability, he recommended that the Resolution be returned to <br />Council for amendment, and assured us that City staff was aware of our ongoing file. He <br />said there would be time for this to be handled prior to the November 13,2002 renewal <br />date, and said that it would be put on the November 12,2002 Council agenda. It has been <br />over four months since that conversation, without any response from the City. As our <br />request for amendment was filed October 22,2002, this issue should have been returned <br />to Council as old business. Please let us know when you can have an informational <br />package prepared for Council. <br />We are requesting that the Resolution be amended to delete any reference to city sewer, <br />as the sewer remained unavailable and we now have a new, state-of-the-art CODE private <br />sewer, as was recommended by City staff. <br />Additionally, we sent a letter June 20.2002. also enclosed, requesting clarification of <br />issues regarding the proposed neighboring subdivision, which has not been answered. <br />In all fairness, a response from City staff is long overdue. <br />Sincerely, <br />Frederick <br />Enel. <br />Copy: MikeSharratt <br />ie Thometz
