Applications. <br />Applications for a use permit shall be made to the zoning administrator on fonns <br />provided by him and shall include all information required by this article, other zoning <br />provisions, and or any other information required by the zoning administrator, city <br />engineer, plaiuiing commission or Uie council. <br />(Code 19S4.§ 10 55(19)(A)) <br />Sec. 78-1170. Stale and federal permits. <br />Prior to granting a use pemiit or processing an application for a conditional use <br />pennit or variance, the zoning administrator shall determine that the applicant has <br />obtained all necessary' state and federal permits <br />(Code 19S4.§ 10 55(19KB)) <br />See. 78-1171. Permit approval. <br />The granting of any permit under other pros isions of this chapter sliall not imply <br />the approval of aiiv work or use of land or water w ithin the floodway or flood fringe <br />districts Where specifically required by this article, such approval may be e.xprcssly <br />given in conjunction w ith other permits applied for. but no approval shall be implietl <br />from the grant of such pcnnits nor from the necessity to apply for a permit as desenbed in <br />this subdivision. <br />(Code 1984. § 10 55(20)) <br />See. 78-1172. Kffect of permit. <br />The granting of a pennit under the provisions of this subdivision shall in no w ay <br />affect the owner's rcspoasibihly lo obtain the appros ul required by any other statute, <br />provision of this Code, or regulation of any state agency or subdivi.sion, <br />(Code 19S4.§ 10.55(21)) <br />See. 78-1173. Constructiun and use to be as approved. <br />Use pcmiiis. conditional use pemuts. or ccnificatcs of zoning compliance issued <br />on the basis of approved plans and applications authorize only the use. arrangement, and <br />construction set forth in such approved plans and applications, and no other use, <br />arrangement or construction. Any use, arrangement or construction at variance w ith that <br />authorized shall be deemed a violation of titis article, and punishable as provided in this <br />chapter. The applicant shall be required to submit certification by a registered <br />professional engineer, registered architect or registered land surveyor that the finished fill <br />and building elevations w ere accomplished in compliance w ith the provisions of this <br />article.
