After review of the submitted plans and fimher discussions with the <br />applicant, staff has concluded that the project will be reviewed as a rebuild. <br />The information submitted in association with the conditional use permit and hardcover <br />variance for the 0-75’ zone are incomplete. The City Engineer has requested further <br />information prior to making a recommendation regaling the proposal. Rather than <br />separating this request firom the proposal, staff is recommending that the variance for the <br />0-75* zone and the conditional use permit request be tabled.
