Currently there is no garage on the property and a variance is required in <br />order to construct a detached garage as it would need to be located in front of the home. <br />The applicants have put a bid in to purchase and relocate the City owned garage at 3422 <br />Lyric Avenue and they are proposing to locate this 20 ’ x 30’ detached garage on tlieir <br />property.
