A letter oferedit covering 150% of tlie costs of the improvements in Outlot <br />A, as well as any stomiwater improvements required by the City or the MCWD, must be <br />submitted with the Developers Agreement. <br />I am forwarding a copy of this letter to Mark Gronberg and Jim Jensen in order that they may assist you <br />in meeting the requirements for final plat approval.
