The applicants have worked with staff, <br />including the City Engineer and Building Inspector to propose a grading plan that works <br />with the constraints of the narrow lot. Based on precedence, City staff advised the <br />applicant that 10 ’ side yard setbacks would be a reasonable request because the required <br />30 ’ side yard setbacks would make the property unbuildable.
