A variance was approved in 1988 to allow the existing building to <br />be oversized (over 1,000 square feet). That variance application and the building permit <br />indicated the building would be setback 55’ from the Luce Line Trail. The survey <br />submitted for the proposed addition shows the building at a 45 ’ setback from the Luce <br />Line Trail. Therefore, the building was not constructed in its approved location in 1988- <br />1989. <br />r-iL
