(3) Accessory Uses: <br />A. Signs. Signs, as regulated in the zoning code for the B-1 District. <br />B. Temporary Buildings. Buildings temporarily located for purposes of <br />construction on the premises for a period not to exceed time necessary to <br />complete said construction. <br />C. Landscaping. Decorative landscape features. <br />D, Fences. Fences, as rcgilated in the Zoning Code. <br />E. Incidentals. Any incidental repair or processing necessary to conduct <br />a permitted principal use, provided that the incidental use shall not exceed <br />30% of the floor space of the principal building. <br />F. Public Telephone Booths. <br />Development Standards. Development standards shall be as indicated on the <br />approved PUD No. 4A General Development Plan as documented within City <br />Council Resolution No._____and the PUD No. 4A Agreement on file in the <br />Office of the Zoning Administrator under File #04-2974. <br />Section 3.
