The following uses allowed in the B-6 <br />District: <br />1. <br />2. <br />3. <br />4. <br />Offices (business and professional). <br />Banks and financial institutions. <br />Libraries. <br />Motels and hotels. <br />(2) Conditional Uses: <br />A. Restaurants (Class 1). Food is served to customer while seated <br />at counter or table, or cafeteria in which food is selected by a <br />customer while going through a line and taken to a 'able for <br />consumption. Neither live entertainment nor intoxicating liquor sales <br />are permitted in Class I Restaurants. <br />B. Restaurants (Class II). Fast-food, convenience food, coffee shop, <br />drive-in, drive-through or liquor store restaurants, which is a <br />restaurant where a majority of customers order and are served their <br />food at a counter in packages prepared to leave the premises to <br />be consumed; or a drive-in where most customers consume their <br />food in an automobile parked on the premises, regardless ofhow <br />it is served, or a drive-through where most customers pick up food <br />at a dnve-up window for consumption on or off the premises; or <br />restaurants which serve intoxicating liquor or have live <br />entertainment. <br />C. Tlie following uses when such use includes a drive-thru condition; <br />1. Offices (business and professional). <br />2. Banks and financial institutions. <br />3. Libraries. <br />4.
