Section 2. The Municipal Code of Orono is amended by adding Section 78-1010 to read as follows: <br />‘Subd. 10. Planned Unit Development No. 4A - Reliance Development Company LLC <br />(a) Legal Description. PUD No. 4A is legally described as Lots 1 and 2, Block 1, <br />STONEBAY ADDITION, Hennepin County, Minnesota.. <br />(b) Incorporated herein by reference are the Reliance Development Company LLC <br />PUD plans attached as exhibits to the PUD No. 4A agreement, on file in the OfBce <br />of the Zoning Administi ator under File #04-2974. <br />Allowable Uses.
