The City Council adopted Resolution No.on . 2004, <br />making findings and conditions which support the proposed platting ofOutlot A into <br />two separate Lots as noted herein, and approving the General Development Plan <br />for development of two retail commcrcial/office buildings totaling 13,930 s.f. on Lot <br />1 and a 14,820 s.f Walgreens retail building on Lot 2. The findings and conditions <br />of Resolution No.______arc incorporated herein by reference. <br />CONCLUSIONS, ORDER AND CONDITIONS <br />NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED, that based upon one or more of the <br />findings noted above, the City Council of the City of Orono hereby grants Preliminary Plat Approval <br />for Reliance Development Company LLC for a 2 -lot plat per the preliminary plat survey^drawing by <br />Howard W. Rogers as depicted on the Preliminary Plat Sheet C5.1 dated May 7,2004 and attached <br />hereto as Exhibit A, subject to the following conditions: <br />1.Plans and Specifications. The following plans and specifications shall be submitted <br />for review and approval by the City and other appropriate jurisdictions, to <br />ensure that the proposed plat will accomplish the intended purposes; <br />Final plans and specifications for all proposed utility lines and services, <br />including proposed revisions, if any, to existing ser\ice facilities. (Plans and <br />specifications for service line connections around the pond. <br />Final grading, drainage and erosion control pl.m showing existing and <br />proposed contours, building locations, elevations, stonnwater facilities and <br />calculations, utilities and erosion control measures to be used during <br />construction.
