This <br />relaxed setback allows for a more intimate association with the pond <br />while not resulting in a visual crowding problem to the west, as this <br />west lot line does not abut a road or an adjacent building site. <br />The parking lot within Lot 2 adjacent to Willow Drive shall meet a 33' <br />setback from the east boundary of Lot I as depicted on the Preliminary <br />Site Plan. <br />e.The angular relationship of the buildings on the site, and the angular <br />relationship and the separation between the Retail A and Retail B <br />buildings, shall be maintained as depicted on the Preliminary Site Plan <br />to visually break up the impact of what would potentially otherwise <br />appear as a single 250 ’ wide strip mall. Additionally, the orientation of <br />storefronts away from Kelley Parkway and toward the center of the <br />property is a critical aspect of the site plan. The Walgreens store <br />entrance shall be at the southwesterly comer of the building as dq>icted <br />on the Preliminary Site Plan.
