The appliceuit and <br />his architect have met with staff to discuss construction of a new 1,000 s.f. detached <br />garage/rccreation room to include plumbing for a V* bath and hot tub. The existing <br />detached garage has become run down and sits within the 26 ’ required wetland setback. <br />The applicant wishes to remove the existing building, rather than renovate it, and <br />construct new within all setbacks.
