That text was brought to Council on April 1 2 and with minor revisions was adopted subject <br />to Met Council review and approval, directing staff to make the appropriate submittals to Met Council. The <br />text of the amendment as approved by Council is attached as Exhibit A. The amendment will be submitted <br />to Met Council and to neighboring cities for comment within the next week. <br />PUD rezoning of the site will occur concurrently with final site plan and subdivision approval.
