Staff Recommendation: Staff recommends denial of the request because the existing conditions are not representative of the conditions that resulted in the original variance approval. Pertinent Zoning Ordinance Sections Section 78-1432. Time of Construction. No accessory building or structure shall be constructed on any lot prior to the time of construction of the principal building to which it is accessory. Section 78-1434. Area Restrictions.
