Dayton COPIES: <br />825 Old Crystal Bay Road <br />Wayzata, MN 55391 <br />TYPE OF APPLICATION:Renewal Variance <br />DATE OF MEETING: January 20,2004 <br />Planning Commission recommended as follows: <br />Motion by Commissioner Mabusth, seconded by Commissioner Hawn to recommend <br />approval of the request to move the bam to the location shown on the submitted plans <br />wMch includes approval of: <br />- A variance to allow more than 6,000 s.f of accessory structures on the lot, and <br />- A variance to allow more than one oversized accessory structures on the lot. <br />Stipulating that: <br />- The lot containing the bam, 2885 Little Orchard Way, be combined with 825 Old <br />Crystal Bay Road, and <br />- That the lots are combined and the bam is moved to the location shown on the <br />submitted plans by July 30, 2004, or the bam shall be removed in its entirety. <br />VOTE:FOR AGAINST <br />Applicant’s next scheduled meeting is confirmed as: <br />City Couocil - Monday, February 9,2004; meeting starts at 7:00 p.m. <br />If you desire certified copies of the official Planning Commission or Council minutes, <br />they are available from the City Recorder after review and approval by the Planning <br />Commission or Council. If you have questions, please call City Planner Janice Gundlach <br />at 952-249-4623. <br />60-Day Review Period Extension. State law provides that Cities shall make decisions <br />on zoning requests within 60 days from the date of application. The City has made an <br />initial 60-day extension which will expire on January 27, 2004. The applicant is required <br />to request extensions beyond the initial 60-days. Because the application will not be <br />heard by the City Council until Febmary 9, 2004 meeting, p/eose submit to the City your <br />request in writing to extend your projea's review period another 60-days so that your <br />project can be heard at the February 9,2004 City Council meeting. <br />i
