The permit holder, all <br />organizations and private persons exercising authority under this permit, do waive and release all claims <br />against the City of Orono, its officers or employees for any damge to person or property arising from (be <br />exercise of privileges granted by this permit and agrees to hold harmless the City of Orono, its employees <br />and officers from any such claim. <br />• The Orono Police Department and its officers are empowered to revoke this special event permit at any time <br />for any safety concetiu that are not immediately resolved by the permit holder or a representative of the <br />permit holder. This revocation shall cause the immediate cancellation of the event originally authorized by <br />this permit <br />• Parl^ is to be restricted to ONE SIDE ONLY of Hackberry Hill, Maple Lane and Elm Lane. Vehicles <br />must not block private driveways or imersections. <br />• No vehicles may be parked on Willow Drive. <br />• No vehicle parking in Hackberry Park. <br />• Watertown Road must be kept fully open. <br />• All signs will be lemoved at the end of the event. <br />• Any debris created by the event must be cleaned up. <br />Approved at City Council meeting on: August 8.2005 <br />(City Seal) <br />Rtmald J.
