Th^ permit holder, all organizations and private persons exercising authority under this permit, do waive and release all claims against the City of Orono, its officers or employees for any damage to person or property arising from the exercise of privileges granted by this permit and agrees to hold harmless the City of Orono, its employees and officers from any such claim. • The Orono Police E)epartment and its officers are empowered to revoke this special event permit at any time for any safety concerns that are not immediately resolved by the permit holder or a representative of the permit holder. This revocation shall cause the immediate cancellation of the event originally authorized by this permit. • No parking is to be allowed on Casco Point Road for this e\ cnt. • Dunwoody Avenue and Casco Point Road at County RD 15 sh''uld at each intersection have a large sign (28 ” x 28 ” min.) that states “NO PARADE OF HOMES PARKING ALLOWED - VIOLATORS SUBJECT TO TICKET AND TOWING - Free shuttle bus at Calvary Memorial Church. 2420 Dunwoody Avenue”. • Casco Point Road is to be posted for 300 feet on both sides of the road and at either end of the house with smaller signs stating “NO PARDAE OF HOMES PARKING - VIOLATERS TAGGED AND TOWED”. Posting to be every 75 feet (total of 16 signs). Posting to be done by contractor. Contractor is to ensure signs are maintained during the event. • Shuttle bus is to use the home's driveway for turnaround or travel the full length of Casco and use Casco Circle for the turnaround. Any discharge of passengers shall be done either in the driveway or as the bus is heading out of the Casco area so there will be no pedestrian traffic crossing Casco Point Road. 2750 Kelley Perkway.
