Moone <br />Tittt City Administrator <br />Administrator Reviewed: <br />Item Description Mn/DOT Traffic Slpal Agreement-Resolution <br />Agenda Section: <br />City Administrator’s Report <br />The Council, at its June 27,2005 meeting, approved the terms of a traffic signd agreement with <br />Mn/DOT related to the traffic signals for the two intersections on the planned interchange at <br />County Road 6 and Highway 12, and authorized the Mayor and City Administrator to sign an <br />agreement with Mn/DOT. <br />As part of Mn/DOT ’s signal agreement approval process, the city needs to adopt a resolution <br />the City of Oiono to enter into a cooperative agreement with Mn/DOT related to the <br />traffic signal improvements.
