A RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING <br />THE CITY OF ORONO TO ENTER INTO A <br />COOPERATIVE AGREEMENT WITH MN/DOT <br />RELATED TO TRAFnC SIGNAL IMPROVEMENTS <br />BE IT RESOLVED that the City of Orono enter into an agreement with the State of <br />Minnesota, Department of Transportation for the following purposes, to wit: <br />Remove the existing Traflic Control Signal, and install new Traffic Control <br />Signals with Street Lights, Emergency Vehicle Pre-emption, Interconnect, <br />and Signing on Trunk Highway No. 12 at County State Aid Highway No. 6, <br />North and South Ramps, in accordance with the terms and conditions set <br />forth and contained in Agreement No. 88106R, a copy of which was before <br />the Council. <br />BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that the Mayor and the City Administrator be and <br />hereby are authorized to execute such agreement and any amendments, and thereby assume for and <br />on behalf of the City all of the contractual obligations contained therein. <br />Adopted by the City Council of the City of Orono, Miiuiesota at a regular meeting <br />held this 8th day of August, 2005. <br />ATTEST; <br />Linda S.
