The applicant was sent a letter confirming receipt of all necessary materials for <br />review of the application. The City Engineer was then forwarded the plans whereby <br />further information with regard to the grading plan was requested. The applicant’s <br />architect and engineer were informed of the City Engineer concerns, where a new grading <br />plan would have to be drafted.
